Herein, we present a metal-free, concise, and efficient protocol for the intermolecular reaction of amides (lactams) with donor-acceptor α-diazo esters to afford the functionalized α-amino-α-aroylethanoates. -Methyl-2-pyrrolidone (NMP) and ,-dimethylformamide (DMF) are employed as both reagents and solvents, allowing for the incorporation of all units into the products. The reaction is processed by the ester group migration and compatible with a broad range of substrates up to 50 examples.

However, the room temperature brittleness in the traditionally homogeneous reinforcement distribution of TMCs limits their application in high-strain-rate impact environments. In the present study, novel bilayer TMCs with hierarchical microstructures were designed by the laminated combination of graphene nanoplatelet (GNPs) reinforced TC4 (Ti-6Al-4V) composites (GNPs/TC4) and a monolithic TC4.

Herein, we report a BPO-promoted metal-free approach to 2-acyl quinoxalines from enaminones and -phenylenediamines cascade transamination and C-H amination. This methodology demonstrates excellent compatibility with various substrates, including -hydroxy enaminones, drug derivatives and natural products under mild reaction conditions.

In recent years, traditional Chinese medicine has attracted more and more attention in order to discover new drugs with good anti-tumor effects. Oroxylin A (OA) is a compound found in natural Oroxylum indicum and Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi plants and has been used in the treatment of various cancers.

Methods: One hundred and fifty-seven patients were retrospectively involved in this study.
Objective: The purpose of the current study was to assess the effectiveness of semirigid ureterorenoscopy (URS) as first-line therapy for early childhood patients with <20 mm stones in the pelvic, middle, or upper calices.
Methods: In all, 61 pediatric kidney stone patients who had flexible ureteroscopy (fURS) between January 1, 2010, and December 31, 2019, were included in this study. Before fURS, semirigid URS employed the UreTron or holmium: YAG (Ho : YAG) laser was conducted.
Adenocarcinoma of prostate with mucinous differentiation arising in the male urethra is extremely rare, with only 21 cases reported in the previous literature. A diagnosis of mucin-producing urothelial carcinoma of the prostate is based on the pathology, immunohistochemistry, and clinical examination by excluding the secondary adenocarcinoma of the prostate. We present a case of unexpected mucinous urothelial carcinoma of prostate with co-existing inverted papilloma of bladder in a 57-year-old man.

From February 2011 to July 2012, a prospective nonrandomized study was performed. One-hundred one patients underwent PKEP, and 110 underwent PVP.
