Background: B7 homolog 3 (B7-H3), a member of the immunoregulatory ligand B7 family, is pivotal in T-cell-mediated immune response. It is widely expressed in diverse human tumors and its high expression indicates the poor prognosis of the patients. Nonetheless, B7-H3's role in colorectal cancer (CRC) needs to be further explored.

This paper presents a navigation grade micro-electromechanical system (MEMS) inertial measurement unit (IMU) that was successfully applied for the first time in the Lobster-Eye X-ray Satellite in July 2020. A six-axis MEMS gyroscope redundant configuration is adopted in the unit to improve the performance through mutual calibration of a set of two-axis gyroscopes in the same direction. In the paper, a satisfactory precision of the gyroscope is achieved by customized and self-calibration gyroscopes whose parameters are adjusted at the expense of bandwidth and dynamics.

Background: Previous studies have demonstrated that platelets play a multifaceted role in cancer progression and metastasis. However, the value of platelet indices for predicting survival in nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC) patients remains unknown. The aim of this study was to evaluate the predictive significance of platelet indices in NPC cases.

Objective: B-cell lymphoma 2 (Bcl-2) is an important member of the Bcl-2 family of proteins that regulate the induction of apoptosis. This study aims to investigate whether Bcl-2 small interfering RNA (siRNA) combined with miR-15a oligonucleotides (ODN) could enhance methotrexate (MTX)-induced apoptosis in Raji cells.

Methods: Chemically synthesized miR-15a ODN and Bcl-2 siRNA were transfected in Raji cells by using a HiPerFect Transfection Reagent and then combined with MTX.

Bcl-2 is a prominent member of the Bcl-2 family of proteins that regulate the induction of apoptosis. Here, we investigated the effect of Bcl-2 small interfering RNA (siRNA) combined with miR-15a oligonucleotides (ODN) on the growth of Raji cells. The expression levels of Bcl-2 mRNA and protein were detected.

The B-cell chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL)/lymphoma 11A gene (BCL11A) encodes a krüppel-like zinc finger protein, which is important in thymopoiesis and has been associated with hematopoietic malignancies. In this study, we investigated whether the downregulation of BCL11A mRNA by small interference RNA (siRNA) was capable of inducing apoptosis, and tested the effect of BCL11A siRNA combined with BCL2 siRNA in B lymphoma cell lines (SUDHL6, EB1). BCL11A siRNA was transfected into SUDHL6, EB1 cells with HiPerfect transfection reagents.
