Colorectal cancer is a significant health challenge globally, with its prognosis associated with the profile of molecular biomarkers. Recently, the role of iron death-associated long non-coding (lnc)RNAs in cancer development has garnered attention; however, their expression patterns and prognostic value in colorectal cancer remain poorly elucidated. The present study aimed to assess the expression levels of iron death-related lncRNAs in colorectal cancer tissues and evaluate their relationship with patient outcomes through a comprehensive meta-analysis.
