Background: Patients with traumatic brain injury (TBI) often experience post-injury anxiety and depression, which can persist over time. However, the relationships between anxiety and depression in TBI patients and delirium, sleep quality, self-efficacy, and serum inflammatory markers require further investigation.

Objective: This study aims to explore the associations of delirium, sleep quality, self-efficacy, and serum inflammatory markers with anxiety and depression in TBI patients, and to examine potential influencing factors.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to explore the factors influencing PRL levels in patients with prolactinoma and to investigate the correlations between anxiety, depression, sleep, self-efficacy, and PRL levels.

Methods: This retrospective study included 176 patients with prolactinoma who received outpatient treatment at the Affiliated Hospital of Zunyi Medical University from May 2017 to August 2022. The general information questionnaire, Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale (HADS), Athens Insomnia Scale (AIS), and General Self-Efficacy Scale (GSES) were used for data collection.
