Cellobiose dehydrogenase (CDH) is one of the cellulase auxiliary proteins, which is widely used in the field of biomass degradation. However, how to efficiently and cheaply apply it in industrial production still needs further research. C112 is a significant producer of cellulase and has a relatively complete lignocellulose degradation system, but its CDH activity was only 3.

Proteins showing differences in quantitative information between the lines were identified in lysine acetylation analysis, and KEGG pathways were analyzed, yielding 45 enriched proteins, most of which are involved in carbon fixation in photosynthetic organisms, photosynthesis, ascorbate and aldarate metabolism, and glycolysis. Potential key genes related to fatty acid metabolisms were determined.
View Article and Find Full Text PDFOur knowledge related to human milk proteins is still limited. The present study determined the changes in multiple human milk proteins during the first six months of lactation, investigated the influencing factors of milk proteins, and explored the impact of milk proteins on infant growth. A total of 105 lactating women and their full-term infants from China were prospectively surveyed in this research.
