- - Two rice cultivars, one with good grain quality and the other with poor quality, were tested under control, LT, and LT + LL conditions; results showed that both stressors worsened starch properties, indicating changes in branch chain structure and reduced crystallinity.
- - The combination of LT and LL during grain filling led to greater deterioration in starch properties, especially in the poor-quality cultivar, with significant correlations found between amylose content, starch branching, and gelatinization characteristics.
