Patients And Methods: Retrospectively analyze clinical data of patients undergoing BAICE for the treatment of lung cancer with hemoptysis, evaluate the clinical efficacy of this approach, observe postoperative adverse reactions, and analyze hemoptysis-free survival (HFS) and overall survival (OS).
Results: All 187 patients underwent BAICE with technical success rate of 100%, clinical success rate of 86.
Background: Early extubation can reduce pulmonary complications in children undergoing cardiac surgery. The aim of this study is to evaluate the effects of sugammadex for postoperative respiratory management in children with congenital heart disease.
Methods: Sixty children with congenital heart disease undergoing elective cardiac surgery were divided into group S and group C (30 children in each group).
Objectives: To investigate the effect of Danggui-Shaoyao-San (DSS)-containing serum on the renal tubular Epithelial-Mesenchymal Transition (EMT) of Diabetic Nephropathy (DN) in high glucose- induced HK-2 cells and its mechanism.
Methods: 20 rats were randomly divided into four groups: blank control group, DSS low dose group (DSS-L), DSS middle dose group (DSS-M), and DSS high dose group (DSS-H). DSS was administrated to the corresponding group (7g/kg/d, 14g/kg/d and 21g/kg/d) for 7 consecutive days, and the same volume of saline was given to the blank control group by gavage.

Objective: This study aims to investigate the association between human leucocyte antigen (HLA)-DQB1 allele polymorphisms and the presence dental caries among the Uygur and Han children in Xinjiang.
Methods: HLA-DQB1 allele in the Uygur and Han children with dental caries and healthy control in Xinjiang was tested (n=40) using the polymerase chain reaction-sequence specific primer (PCR-SSP) DNA parting technology.
Results: A total of five specific loci were detected in the HLA-DQB1 locus among the Uygur and Han children.

The etiology of malocclusions basically involves both congenital and environmental factors. Wallstents were used for femoral inflow and E-Luminexx stents for iliac outflow.

Materials And Methods: A 20-year-old Chinese female with an aesthetic smile and normal occlusion was chosen and agreed to participate. Digital pictures of her posed smile were taken and manipulated to create three smile height variations: low, medium, or high.
The objectives of this study were to investigate relationship of retained fetal membranes (RFM) to expression of NOS and NOS mRNA and to analyze pathohistological changes and the distribution of nitric oxide synthase (NOS) in foetal placentas of cows with RFM. Twenty cows were assigned to two groups, a control group (no retained fetal membranes, NRFM, n = 10) and a diseased group (RFM, n = 10). The endpoint method was used to detect the nitric oxide (NO) content and nitric oxide synthase (NOS) activity in foetal placental tissue fluid and the fluorescent quantitation PCR was used to measure the expression of NOS mRNA.

This paper presents a tumor detecting system that allows interactive 3D tumor visualization and tumor volume measurements. An improved level set method is proposed to automatically segment the tumor images slice by slice. In order to study quantitative effect of dynamic prosthetic alignment on standing biomechanical property for trans-tibial amputees, plantar foot pressure of one subject during natural standing were recorded by using the Pedar in-shoe pressure measurement system with different alignment angles in the sagittal and frontal planes. The results showed that angular alignment had significant effects on the foot pressure distribution and magnitude of prosthetic side. Peak pressure on prosthetic foot was 1.

Shoe-heel height has great influence on lower-limb amputees' biomechanics during static standing. This article mainly considers the load line of the prosthetic side in the sagittal plane and the electromyogram (EMG) data of the lower limb muscles. The results indicate that the load line and the EMG are greatly influenced by the shoe-heel height, however, the amputee subconsciously adjusts his standing manner to make himself more comfortable and natural.
