Background: Anti-vascular endothelial growth factor monoclonal antibody (anti-VEGF) or immune checkpoint inhibitors (ICIs) combined with chemotherapy are commonly administered to cancer patients. Although cancer patients receiving anti-VEGF or ICIs have been reported to experience an increased risk of acute kidney injury (AKI), comparative studies on the AKI incidence have not been evaluated.

Objectives: To evaluate the differences in efficacy and safety between Lupus Nephritis (LN) patients who received belimumab plus standard therapy and those who received only standard therapy in real world practice.

Introduction: The clinical significance of persistent hematuria degrees has not been expounded in primary IgA nephropathy (IgAN) and requires further research.

Methods: From January 2003 to May 2022, a total of 684 IgAN patients with persistent hematuria were enrolled to conduct a retrospective single-center study.
