Light δD apatites reveal deep origin water in North China Craton intracontinental granites and basalts.

Water is essential to the formation of intracontinental granites, but its origin remains elusive. Here we address this scientific problem by analyzing D/H isotopes of apatites, hydrous minerals in Jurassic and Early Cretaceous granites and basalts from eastern North China Craton, where water was previously interpreted as derived from subducting slab. Results reveal extremely low δD values in pristine Early Cretaceous granitic (-203‰ to -127‰) and basaltic (-197‰ to -107‰) apatites, contrasting with relatively high δD values (-137‰ to -47‰) in Jurassic granites.

Objective: In this study, we aimed to investigate whether age first had sexual intercourse (AFSI) and lifetime number of sexual partners (LNSP) have a direct causal effect on cervical cancer by Mendelian randomization (MR) analysis.

Methods: Four approaches were used for MR Analysis, including MR-Egger, weighted method, weighted median, and inverse variance weighted (IVW). MR Pleiotropy RESidual Sum and Outlier (MR-PRESSO) as well as MR-Egger regression analysis were conducted to detect whether there was pleiotropy between IVs and outcome, and the outlier SNPs can be detected by MR-PRESSO.

Antinuclear Antibodies and Thyroid Autoantibodies in the Serum of Chinese Patients with Acute Psychiatric Disorders: A Retrospective Study.

Background: It has been shown that autoimmune diseases are associated with psychiatric disorders in epidemiological studies. The acute psychiatric disorder patients have higher frequency of autoantibodies in the blood, including antinuclear antibodies, anti-thyroid peroxidase, and thyroglobulin [thyroid antibody carriers]. Rationale: In situ trace element analysis of melt inclusions by laser ablation inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (LA-ICP-MS) provides important geochemistry information. However, the precision and accuracy of this technique are affected by many factors, such as matrix effect, laser conditions, and calibration method. In addition, many previous LA-ICP-MS studies ablated entire melt inclusions along with their host minerals and obtained trace element composition by deconvoluting the mixed ablation signal, which may induce much uncertainty.

To systematically review the clinical efficacy and safety of Yinzhihuang oral liquid in the treatment of intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy(ICP). Literatures published by June 2016 were searched in databases, such as Medline, Pubmed, Cochrane Library, China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI), Chinese Scientific Journals Full-text Database(VIP), Chinese biomedical literature database(CBM), and Wanfang Database. Randomized controlled trials(RCT) of Yinzhihuang oral liquid were collected according to the inclusion criteria, and the methodological quality of selected literatures was evaluated.

Cancer pain is one kind of the most common and severe kinds of chronic pain. No breakthrough regarding the mechanisms and therapeutics of cancer pains has yet been achieved. Based on the well established involvement of the NMDA (N-methyl-D-aspartate) receptor containing NR2B in inflammatory pain and neuropathic pain and the effective pain relief obtained with ketamine in cancer patients with intractable pain, we supposed that NR2B in the spinal cord was an important factor for cancer pain.
