Herein, a dual-responsive lipid nanoparticles (LNPs) LSNO for NO / Lap co-delivery were constructed from the zinc-coordinated lipid (DSNO(Zn)) and the hydrophobic drug Lap in the presence of helper lipids (DOPE and DSPE-PEG).
