Expression of genes of interest from plasmids or lentiviral vectors is one of the most common tools in molecular and gene therapy. Background & Aims: CREB-H is a key liver-enriched transcription factor governing lipid metabolism. Additional targets of CREB-H remain to be identified and characterized.
