Skin cutaneous melanoma (SKCM) is a prevalent skin cancer whose metastatic form is dangerous due to its high morbidity and mortality. Previous studies have systematically established the vital role of oxidative stress (OS) in melanoma progression. This study aimed to identify prognostic OS genes closely associated with SKCM and illustrate their potential mechanisms.

In addition, all core targets were selected through a number of bioinformatic databases, followed by identification of predominant biological processes and signalling pathways of FN anti-OGS. Further, top three core targets of FN anti-OGS were determined as oestrogen receptor 1 (ESR1), tumour protein p53 (TP53), receptor tyrosine-protein kinase erbB-2 (ERBB2) respectively.

Methods: The PubMed and EMBASE databases were searched for relevant articles reporting patients undergoing TLIF, and a comparison between mTILF and oTLIF was performed.

In this study, a calcium phosphate cement (CPC), consisting of partially crystallized calcium phosphate (PCCP), was synthesized. X-ray diffraction (XRD), Fourier transform infrared spectrometry (FTIR) and scanning electronic microscope (SEM) were used to characterize the cement. The results showed that by changing the ratio of amorphous calcium phosphate (ACP) to PCCP in the cement, hydrated products of controllable crystallinity were obtained.
