Phase transition behaviors of poly(-isopropylacrylamide) nanogels with different compositions induced by (-)-epigallocatechin-3-gallate (EGCG) and ethyl gallate (EG) has been investigated systematically. Monodisperse poly(-isopropylacrylamide---hydroxymethyl acrylamide) (P(NIPAM--NMAM)) and poly(-isopropylacrylamide--2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate) (P(NIPAM--HEMA)) nanogels with different feeding monomer ratios were prepared by emulsion polymerization. P(NIPAM--NMAM) nanogels exhibit rapid isothermal phase transition behavior in EGCG solutions with low concentration (10 mol/L) in less than 10 minutes.

Executive functions (EFs) are essential for early childhood development, and effective programs to improve EFs in preschool education are becoming increasingly crucial. There is rising evidence that combined physical-cognitive intervention training utilizing active video games (exergames) could be a viable strategy to improve EFs. However, there is a shortage of empirical evidence on the application of this approach in preschool education.
