Laser cutting belongs to non-contact processing, which is different from traditional turning and milling. In order to improve the machining accuracy of laser cutting, a thermal error prediction and dynamic compensation strategy for laser cutting is proposed. Based on the time-varying characteristics of the digital twin technology, a hybrid model combining the thermal elastic-plastic finite element (TEP-FEM) and T-XGBoost algorithms is established.

Objectives: This study aimed to investigate the efficacy and safety of ECCO2R treatment in patients with ARDS or chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD).
Methods: MEDLINE, EMBASE, and the Cochrane Library were systematically searched for relevant studies that reported patient prognosis, blood gas parameters, and ECCO2R-related adverse events (AEs) published as of September 2020.
Background: Hemorrhagic shock could induce acute lung injury (ALI), which is associated with cell hypoxia, lung tissue inflammation, free radical damage, and excessive cell apoptosis. Our previous studies demonstrated that hyperoxygenated solution could alleviate cell hypoxia. Furthermore, hydrogen-rich solution (HS) could relieve lung tissue inflammation, free radical damage and excessive cell apoptosis.

This study was designed to investigate the neuroprotective effect of hyperoxygenate hydrogen-rich saline (HOHS) against brain injury induced by carbon monoxide (CO) poisoning in rats. A rat model of CO poisoning was established by administering CO via intraperitoneal injection to male Sprague-Dawley rats. Forty-eight adult male rats were randomly divided into the following groups: normal control group (NG), CO poisoning group (CO), HOS treatment group (hyperoxygenated solution, HOS) and HOHS treatment group (HOHS).

Methods: This cross-sectional study was launched in 118 intensive care units (ICUs) of 116 mainland hospitals and conducted on April 26, 2017.
Background: It is not known whether simultaneous delivery of hydrogen and oxygen can reduce injury caused by hemorrhagic shock and resuscitation (HSR). This study investigated the therapeutic potential of hyperoxygenated hydrogen-rich solution (HHOS), a combined hydrogen/oxygen carrier, in a rat model of HSR-induced liver injury.
Materials And Methods: Rats (n = 60) were randomly divided into 5 groups (n = 6 per group at each time point).
Previous studies have proven that paired immunoglobulin-like receptor B (PirB) plays a crucial suppressant role in neurite outgrowth and neuronal plasticity after central nervous system injury. However, the role of PirB in neuronal survival after cerebral ischemic injury and its mechanisms remains unclear. In the present study, the role of PirB is investigated in the survival and apoptosis of cerebral cortical neurons in cultured primary after oxygen and glucose deprivation (OGD)-induced injury.

He was about 50 m away from the explosion center. He was subjected to compound multiple trauma, multi-viscera function damage, multiple fractures, hemothorax, traumatic wet lung, respiratory failure I, hypovolemic shock and impaired liver and kidney functions.

Methods: Male Sprague-Dawley rats were subjected to CO poisoning.
Nanosized hemoglobin-based oxygen carriers are one of the most promising blood substitutes. In the present study, a comprehensive strategy for the preparation of nanosized cationic amylose-encapsulated hemoglobins (NCAHbs) was developed. First, cationic amylase (CA) was synthesized from amylose and quaternary ammonium salt by an etherification reaction.
