The genus Artemisia is one of the most abundant groups of medicinal plants in the Asteraceae family. Based on the theoretical basis of the pharmacophylogeny, the phylogenetic analysis, association analysis and other methods were used to systematically sort out the genetic relationships, properties, tastes, chemical constituents, and traditional efficacy of Mongolian medicines of genus Artemisia(MMA). The correlation and regularity were discussed.

The 2-deoxystreptamine-containing aminoglycosides (2-DOS AGs) form a unique category among antibiotics. Genomic analysis revealed that a group of hypothetical regulatory genes represented by neoI are widely distributed in the biosynthetic gene clusters (BGCs) of natural products from Streptomyces species, including several 2-DOS AGs.

In this phase 1/2 clinical trial (NCT05000372) involving a diverse cohort of 24 patients with solid tumors and lymphomas who received immunotherapies, including immune checkpoint inhibitors (either alone or with chemotherapies) and chimeric antigen receptor-T cell therapy, we examined the in vivo behaviors of Ga-grazytracer. Primary endpoints were safety, biodistribution, granzyme B specificity, and the predictive utility of Ga-grazytracer, while secondary endpoint was the relationship between Ga-grazytracer uptake and tumor immune phenotype.

The recycling of end-of-life wind turbine blades has become a global environmental challenge driven by the rapid growth of wind power. Pyrolysis is a promising method for recovering glass fibers from these discarded blades, but traditional pyrolysis is often operated at high temperatures, which degrades the mechanical properties of recovered fibers. To address this issue, a swelling-assisted pyrolysis method was proposed to recover high-quality glass fibers from end-of-life wind turbine blades at low temperatures.

These psychological issues are admitted as independent risk factors of heart disease as well. The interaction between CAD and anxiety and depression deteriorates the development and prognosis of CAD, which severely threatens the quality of life of patients.

The model is supported by theoretical evidence and experimental validations, including two computer simulations and one clinical data analysis.

Using CFD software, numerical simulations were conducted on the internal airflow velocity field, the exit velocity of the cyclonic pneumatic mist curtain, and the mist droplet particle field of the curtain. Experiments were carried out to measure the spray coverage, droplet size, and the dust control performance of the model device.

The model of a 50% total body surface area (TBSA) third-degree full-thickness scald was produced, 48 male SD rats were randomly divided into three groups (n = 16), the sham group and the scald group were given an intraperitoneal injection of 0.25ml of saline, the scald +VPA group was given an intraperitoneal injection of VPA (300 mg/kg) after scalded, Each group was subdivided into two subgroups (n=8) according to the two observation time points of 3h and 6h after scald.

In this study, carbon fibers were successfully recovered from waste CFRPs through the pyrolysis-oxidation method, and the recovered fibers were reused in remanufacturing the secondary generation CFRPs. Moreover, the individual and interactive effects of pyrolysis-oxidation recovering parameters on the mechanical strength of the resulting remanufactured CFRPs (reCFRPs) were investigated.

Through contact angle and surface tension experiments, three surfactants with good wettability were selected from among the nine surfactants and mixed in equal proportions two by two to determine the optimal compounding method and compounding concentration. The experimental results show that the compounding of nonionic and anionic, nonionic and zwitterionic, anionic and zwitterionic surfactants can have synergistic effects and significantly improve the wettability of bituminous coal.

Firstly, a similar experimental platform for simulating coal wall cutting with a drum cutter was used to investigate the changes in coal wall fragmentation and dust generation at drum speeds of 35 r/min, 50 r/min, 65 r/min, and 80 r/min. The experimental results revealed that the degree of coal wall fragmentation and dust generation increased with the increase in rotational speed, leading to a wider range of particle size distribution and an increase in the generation of fine dust particles.

To investigate the influence of different stress loading and unloading conditions on the instability characteristics of composite samples, three triaxial loading and unloading test schemes simulating different in-situ mining depths were designed. Complex triaxial tests were conducted on 12 sets of composite samples, and the bearing capacity, acoustic emission (AE) parameters and dynamic multifractal characteristics of the samples under different stress loading or unloading conditions were analyzed.

Existing generative methods for medical image synthesis are usually based on cross-modal translation between acquired and missing modalities. These methods are usually dedicated to specific missing modality and perform synthesis in one shot, which cannot deal with varying number of missing modalities flexibly and construct the mapping across modalities effectively.

Introduction: Imaging with [68Ga]Ga-DOTA-TATE, [68Ga]Ga-DOTA-JR11, and [18F]AlF-NOTA-JR11 was performed to analyze differences among the three probes and to analyze the correlation between the image and pathology parameters.
Method: Tumor-bearing mice with different positive rates of somatostatin receptor II (SSTR2) were established with HEK293-SSTR2 and HEK293 cells, and imaging was performed on the same mouse with [68Ga]Ga-DOTA-TATE, [68Ga]Ga-DOTA-JR11, and [18F]AlF-NOTA-JR11 at 20, 60, and 120 min. The image parameters were obtained, including the maximum standard uptake value (SUVmax), mean standard uptake value (SUVmean), standard deviation of SUVmean, tumor volume, and coefficient of variation (CoV).
Objectives: Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm (AAA) is a complex disease with both genetic and environmental risk factors. This study aimed to examine the potential association of the +276G/T and -420C>G polymorphisms in the resistin gene with AAA susceptibility and progression.
Method: We performed a retrospective study involving AAA patients and healthy controls, assessing the distribution of the +276G/T and -420C>G genotypes in both groups.
Objective: We conducted a prospective study using F-flurodeoxyglucose (F-FDG) and Ga-DOTA-FAPI-04 (fibroblast-activation protein inhibitor, Ga-FAPI) PET/CT to diagnose, differentiate, and stage primary extrapulmonary tumors of the thorax.
Methods: Fifty-four participants were undergoing F-FDG and Ga-FAPI PET/CT and divided into the benign, intermediate, and malignant based on pathology. The maximum standardized uptake value (SUVmax), the tumor-to-blood pool ratio, and tumor-to-liver ratio were compared for primary tumors, lymph nodes, and metastases between the two modalities by two independent samples t tests.

Weakly supervised object localization (WSOL) relaxes the requirement of dense annotations for object localization by using image-level annotation to supervise the learning process. However, most WSOL methods only focus on forcing the object classifier to produce high activation score on object parts without considering the influence of background locations, causing excessive background activations and ill-pose background score searching. Based on this point, our work proposes a novel mechanism called the background-aware classification activation map (B-CAM) to add background awareness for WSOL training.

Programmed death ligand 1 (PDL1) is a specific molecular target for the diagnosis and immunotherapy of solid tumors. PET imaging can be used for noninvasive assessments of PDL1 expression in tumors to aid in therapy selection. The most frequently reported small-molecule radiotracer of PDL1 is limited by low imaging specificity, short residence time, and singular functionality.

However, neither of them can completely overcome ICH because of the stealth process and the complex pathology of ICH. Here, we fabricate hybrid cells for versatile and highly efficient ICH therapy by fusing MSCs with platelets and loading with lysophosphatidic acid-modified PbS quantum dots (LPA-QDs).
