Background: Combined hepatocellular-cholangiocarcinoma (cHCC-CCA) is a rare liver cancer with a poor prognosis, often diagnosed at an advanced stage. The management of cHCC-CCA with distant metastasis remains challenging, and prognostic factors are not well-defined.
