Prenatal Diagnosis of Caroli's Disease by Ultrasound and MRI Imaging.

Objective: To present the imaging features of Caroli's disease (CD) on prenatal ultrasound and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI).

Methods: This was a retrospective case series of prenatally diagnosed CD between 2017 and 2024. Clinical data from these cases were collected and reviewed.

Background: Fetal facial profile could be measured during the early pregnancy. Its abnormalities might be associated with certain congenital malformations. We aimed to study the associations between fetal facial profile measurements with crown-rump length and congenital malformations (cleft lip and palate, micrognathia, and open spina bifida) during early pregnancy.

Infantile fibrosarcoma of the perineum with dorsal metastasis in a neonate: a case report original.

Background: Infantile fibrosarcoma is a rare pediatric soft tissue tumor and usually appears in children before one year of age. Distal extremities constitute the most frequently affected locations, and other tissues such as the trunk, head and neck, gut, sacrococcygeal region, and viscera are uncommon sites.

Case Presentation: We describe a rare case of infantile fibrosarcoma arising from the perineum.

Prenatal ultrasound evaluation of fetal cutaneous hemangioma and related complications.

Objectives: Congenital hemangiomas are rare benign vascular tumors but can lead to serious adverse pregnancy outcomes. Its prenatal diagnosis is a challenge. We explored the clinical applications of prenatal ultrasound for evaluating fetal cutaneous hemangioma and associated complications.

Clinical characteristics of COVID-19 and its comparison with influenza pneumonia.

Objectives: To recognise clinical features of COVID-19 pneumonia and its differences from influenza pneumonia.

Methods: 246 patients were enrolled into COVID-19 cohort and 120 patients into influenza cohort. All data were collected and analysed retrospectively.
