[Comminuted distal humeral fractures treated with Y-type anatomical plate].

Objective: To explore the efficacy of Y-type anatomical plate in patients with distal humeral fracture.
Methods: Thirty three patients suffered from comminuted distal humeral fracture undertook the operation. Among them, 15 were supracondyle fracture, and the other 18 were intercondyle fracture.
