Pyloric gland adenoma with low-grade intraepithelial neoplasia: A case report and literature review.

Rationale: Pyloric gland adenoma (PGA) is often associated with pyloric gland metaplasia. It has high malignant potential but a low clinical diagnosis rate. Therefore, we reported a case of PGA and reviewed the literature to summarize the clinicopathological features of pyloric adenoma.

Cleansing efficacy and safety of bowel preparation protocol using sodium picosulfate/magnesium citrate considering subjective experiences: An observational study.

Background: Research data from patient reports indicate that the least bearable part of colonoscopy is the administration of laxatives for bowel preparation.

We demonstrated the effects of sulindac on growth inhibition, apoptosis induction, and Wnt/β-catenin signaling suppression in human colon cancer cells.
