Six new acylphloroglucinol derivatives, sampsonols A-F (1-6), were isolated from the petroleum ether extract of the aerial parts of Hypericum sampsonii. The structures and relative configurations of sampsonols A-F were elucidated by extensive spectroscopic analyses.
