Objective: The aim of this study was to construct a multicompartment synchronous rotating bioreactor (MCSRB) for batch-production of homogenized adipose-derived stem cell (ADSC) microspheres and treat neurogenic erectile dysfunction (ED).
Methods: Firstly, an MCSRB was constructed using a centrifugal device and hinged trays. Secondly, influence factors (density, rotational speed) on the formation of ADSC-spheroids were explored.

Due to its traditional fermentation, there are obvious limits on the quality improvements in black tea. However, microbial fermentation can provide an abundance of metabolites and improve the flavor of tea. The "golden flower" fungi are widely used in the microbial fermentation of tea and has unique uses in healthcare.

In this paper, the polarization properties of and A modes on the basal plane and edge plane of high purity 2H-MoS bulk crystal grown by chemical vapor transport (CVT) method were investigated by ARP Raman spectroscopy. The I and II type ARP Raman spectroscopy with four kinds of polarization configurations: αY, αX, βY, and βX were used to explore the intensity dependence of and A modes at different planes on the polarization direction of incident/scattered light.

We employed a genome-wide association study (GWAS) to identify favorable single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) allelic variations as well as candidate genes that control TBF of using specific-locus-amplified fragment sequencing (SLAF-seq) in a diversity panel comprising 151 tea plant germplasm resources. GWAS analysis revealed 26 SNPs associated with TBF in three years, and we eventually identified a final significant SNP for TBF.

SSRs with long-core motifs are preferred since neighbor alleles are more easily separated and identified from each other, which render the interpretation of electropherograms and the true alleles more reliable. In the present work, with the purpose of characterizing a set of core SSR markers with long-core motifs for well fingerprinting clonal cultivars of tea (Camellia sinensis), we analyzed 66 elite clonal tea cultivars in China with 33 initially-chosen long-core motif SSR markers covering all the 15 linkage groups of tea plant genome.

By using prefabricated probe and static chamber, the N2O concentration at different depths along the soil columns irrigated by landfill leachate as well as the N2O and CO2 fluxes were determined. The results showed that leachate irrigation could promote the N2O emission. Within the first 24 hours after irrigation, the N2O fluxes from the soil columns were significantly correlated with the N2O concentrations in the columns at the depths of 10 cm (r = 0.
