Introduction: Isolated dissection of visceral artery organs is very infrequently reported and when it occurs it mostly affects the superior mesenteric artery (SMA) with abdominal pain as the commonest presenting symptom. However, the best therapeutic strategy in symptomatic patients has not yet been established.

Aim: To evaluate the safety and efficacy of conservative, endovascular bare stent and endovascular coil assisting bare stent treatments for patients diagnosed with spontaneous isolated superior mesenteric artery dissection (SISMAD).

With spectroscopy, the principle and process of sampling and reconstructing a continuous-time signal are discussed. A symmetrical frequency-finite spectrum function F (omega) is constructed with three modified rise-cosine pulses. Its corresponding time-domain signal f(t) is worked out theoretically.

Firstly the petal of Crocus sativus L was cultured on the medium that supplemented with different combinations of hormones. The petal-like structures(PLS) were induced on medium, but the induction rates were different in various medium. The highest induction rate of petal-like structures was obtained on the media that was supplemented with NAA (4 mg/L) and KT (8 mg/L).
