This paper presents and demonstrates a multicomponent gas measurement method based on miniaturized and expandable multiresonator photoacoustic spectroscopy (MR-PAS). Existing multiresonant photoacoustic cells (MR-PAC) with parallel-placed H-type structures are large in size and difficult to expand the number of resonators due to the need for separate collimation. In this paper, a new type of MR-PAC with acoustic resonators uniformly distributed in the vertical section of the absorption cavity was designed based on T-type structure.

Plants frequently encounter relatively low and fluctuating potassium (K) concentrations in soil, with roots serving as primary responders to this stress. Histone modifications, such as de-/acetylation, can function as epigenetic markers of stress-inducible genes. However, the signaling network between histone modifications and low-K (LK) response pathways remains unclear.

A data transmission delay compensation algorithm for an interactive communication network of an offshore oil field operation scene in severe weather is proposed. To solve the problem of unstable microwave signals and a large amount of noise in the communication network caused by bad weather, the communication network signal denoising method based on Lagrange multiplier symplectic singular value mode decomposition is adopted, and the communication network data denoising process is realized through five steps; phase space reconstruction, symplectic geometric similarity transformation, grouping, diagonal averaging, and adaptive reconstruction. Simultaneously, the weak communication signal is compensated after being captured, that is, the characteristics of the weak signal are enhanced.

Article Synopsis
  • The Cu undercut is a newly identified defect in the wet stripping process of MoNb/Cu gate stacked electrodes used in thin-film transistors (TFTs), linked to the morphology and corrosion of copper and molybdenum niobium.
  • The research shows that this defect is caused by local crevice corrosion rather than galvanic corrosion and becomes worse with longer stripping times.
  • To prevent the undercut, three strategies were proposed, with the most effective being the MoNb/Cu/MTD triple-stacked structure, which uses the top MTD layer as a sacrificial anode, ultimately improving TFT yield and performance.
