[Effects of water-nitrogen combination on dry matter, nitrogen accumulation and yield of winter wheat].

In two growing seasons of wheat (2015-2017), we conducted a field trial with Taishan 28 in Tai'an Academy of Agricultural Science Feicheng experimental base, Tai'an City, Shandong Province. There were four irrigation levels of 150 (A), 300 (A), 450 (A), and 600 (A) m·hm, and four nitrogen application levels of 90 (B), 135 (B), 180 (B), and 225 (B) kg·hm. We examined the effects of the combination effects of irrigation and nitrogen on dry matter accumulation and transport, nitrogen accumulation and transport, water consumption and utilization, photosynthetic characteristics, wheat grain yield and yield components of wheat.

- Forty QTLs related to fatty acid content in wheat grain were identified across different environments, with individual QTLs explaining 3.6-58.1% of phenotypic variation.
- Positive additive effects were found in 22 QTLs linked to Chuan35050, while 18 QTLs showed negative effects associated with Shannong483, with several co-located QTLs identified on specific chromosomes.
