Highly sensitive and specific detection of biomolecular markers is of great importance to the diagnosis and treatment of related diseases. Herein, Cu-TCPP@MOFs thin films were synthesized with tetrakis(4-carboxyphenyl) porphyrin (HTCPP) as organic ligands and copper ions as metal nodes. The as-synthesized Cu-TCPP@MOFs thin films as electrode modifiers were used to modify the pre-treated glassy carbon electrode (GCE) and the electrochemical performances of Cu-TCPP@MOFs/GCE were evaluated by electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) and cyclic voltammetry (CV).

Mitochondria, which are targets of excessive reactive oxygen species and central mediators of apoptosis, have a pivotal role in hepatic injury during obstructive jaundice (OJ); however, the implications of HS in the hepatic mitochondria of BDL mice remain unknown. The present study investigated the hypothesis that HS could reduce OJ‑induced liver injury through the protection of mitochondrial structure and function, as well as inhibition of the mitochondrial apoptotic pathway.

The anticancer drug HCPT as a model drug was used to prepare a high-performance and relatively easy-to-fabricate system on Fe(3)O(4) magnetite nanoparticles by using a polystyrene sulfonate (PSS) and HCPT interlayer self-assembly method. The results obtained from FT-IR and XRD confirmed that HCPT was molecularly dispersed into the nanoparticles.

The intensities of circular dichroism and UV-vis spectra that change the aggregate morphologies of the porphyrin dimer under different temperatures have been investigated.
