CD73, an ectoenzyme responsible for adenosine production, is often elevated in immuno-suppressive tumor environments. Inhibition of CD73 activity holds great promise as a therapeutic strategy for CD73-expressing cancers. In this study, we have developed a therapeutic anti-human CD73 antibody cocktail, HB0045.

Accordingly, we examined patient-reported outcomes (PROs) results, which were exploratory endpoints in the CHART trial. The patients were randomly allocated to receive REZ-ADT or BIC-ADT in a 1:1 ratio.

Purpose To assess the diagnostic accuracy and value of Ga-pentixafor PET/MRI in localizing adrenocorticotropic hormone (ACTH)-secreting pituitary tumors in Cushing disease. Materials and Methods A prospective single-center study was conducted from March 2023 to February 2024 in participants with Cushing disease scheduled for surgical pituitary tumor resection.

Methods: Untargeted metabolomics by mass spectrometry was applied to identify upregulated metabolites of the tricarboxylic acid cycle in AA tissues of mice.
Background: Neuromyelitis optica spectrum disorders (NMOSD) are autoimmune conditions that affect the central nervous system. The contribution of peripheral abnormalities to the disease's pathogenesis is not well understood.
Methods: To investigate this, we employed a multi-omics approach analyzing blood samples from 52 NMOSD patients and 46 healthy controls (HC).
Purpose: To demonstrate the viability of a coordinate-measuring machine (CMM) for the geometric analysis of 3D printed surgical templates.
Methods: The template was designed and modified by adding 18 cylindrical landmarks for CMM test and then classified into five groups according to the slicing software and resins (opaque and transparent): Streamflow-O, Streamflow-T, Shapeware-T, Rayware-T and Polydevs-T (N = 3). Three standing times (0 w, 1 w, and 2 w) were included to observe possible deformation.
Stapokibart (CM310) is a humanized IL-4Rα monoclonal antibody currently undergoing phase 3 trials for type 2 inflammatory diseases. In contrast to dupilumab, which bound exclusively to human IL-4Rα, stapokibart demonstrated cross-species reactivity to IL-4Rα from human, cynomolgus monkey, and rat. Stapokibart exhibited comparable blocking activity to dupilumab.

High-voltage ultrahigh-Ni cathodes (LiNiCoMnO, x≥0.9) can significantly enhance the energy density and cost-effectiveness of Li-ion batteries beyond current levels. However, severe Li-Ni antisite defects and their undetermined dynamic evolutions during high-voltage cycling limit the further development of these ultrahigh-Ni cathodes.

Gelatin is a product obtained through partial hydrolysis and thermal denaturation of collagen, belonging to natural biopeptides. With irreplaceable biological functions in the field of biomedical science and tissue engineering, it has been widely applied. The amino acid sequence of recombinant human-like gelatin was constructed through a newly designed hexamer composed of six protein monomer sequences in series, with the minimum repeating unit being the characteristic Gly-X-Y sequence found in type III human collagen α1 chain.

Diffusion tensor imaging (DTI) studies using tract-based spatial statistics (TBSS) effectively detect microstructural white matter (WM) abnormalities in the brain. We conducted this systematic review to integrate the findings of TBSS studies to determine the most consistent WM alterations in PT born individuals.

Clinically, the success rate of preoperative diagnosis of GGN by puncture biopsy and other means is still low. The aim of this study is to investigate the clinical and radiomics characteristics of lung adenocarcinoma presenting as GGN on CT images using radiomics analysis methods, establish a radiomics model, and predict the classification of pathological tissue and instability of GGN type lung adenocarcinoma.

In this work, the electronic structures of ScCF/ScCCl, ScCF/ScCBr, and ScCCl/ScCBr heterostructures, as well as their properties in photocatalysis and photovoltaics, have been comprehensively studied using the first-principles method. Firstly, both of the three thermodynamically and dynamically stable heterostructures are found to have type-II band alignment with band gap values of 0.

Herein, a novel multiple-function surface modification strategy is proposed based on the single crystal structure to in-situ achieve the construction of a coating layer and surface doping with Ce element to enhance the structural stability of the LiNiCoMnO (NCM).

Methods: Using RNA sequencing, we identified key genes in placental tissues from healthy individuals and preeclampsia patients. Placenta and plasma samples from pregnant women were collected to detect the expression of TPBG (trophoblast glycoprotein).
Surface hydroxyl groups commonly exist on the catalyst and present a significant role in the catalytic reaction. Considering the lack of systematical researches on the effect of the surface hydroxyl group on reactant molecule activation, the PtO/TiO and PtO(OH)/TiO catalysts were constructed and studied for a comprehensive understanding of the roles of the surface hydroxyl group in the oxidation of volatiles organic compounds. The PtO/TiO formed by a simple treatment with nitric acid presented greatly enhanced activity for toluene oxidation in which the turnover frequency of toluene oxidation on PtOx/TiO was around 14 times as high as that on PtO(OH)/TiO.

Subsequently, the thermoelectric transport properties of monolayer 1T-AgS were systematically investigated using first-principles calculations and the generalized gradient approximation (GGA-PBE) exchange correlation functional. The findings demonstrate that monolayer 1T-AgS displays characteristics of a wide-bandgap semiconductor, with a bandgap of 2.
