With static-closed-chamber and GC (Agilent 4890), the nitrous oxide (N2O) flux in spring wheat field ecosystem in the Sanjiang Plain of Northeast China was continuously observed in situ from May 2004 to October 2006. The results showed that the N2O flux presented obvious seasonal and inter-annual variation, which was mainly related with precipitation and field water management. The diurnal variation of N2O flux had correlations with the air temperature and the temperature at 5 cm underground.

Based on a long-term experiment, this paper investigated the CO2 flux in winter wheat growth season under different tillage measures, and simulated the correlation between the flux and soil temperature by regression method. The results indicated that under different tillage measures, the average CO2 emission rate in winter wheat growth season was in the order of moldboard plow tillage (F) > minimum tillage (X) > no-tillage (M), with the value being 343.69, 337.

Methods: Fifty-four healthy rabbits were randomly divided into three groups: control group, with only incision of trachea; model group, hemorrhagic shock was produced according to modified Wiggers' method; sufentanil group, intravenous injection of sufentanil at 0.02 microg x kg(-1) x h(-1) after hemorrhagic shock.
The study aims to evaluate the pharmacokinetics and urinary excretion of eprosartan in Chinese healthy volunteers and to study the effect of gender on pharmacokinetics of eprosartan. Twenty healthy volunteers (ten men and ten women) were recruited for an open trial and received a single dose of 600 mg eprosartan. Using a validated LC/MS/MS method, plasma and urinary concentrations of eprosartan were determined.

The synthetic principle is based on separating the nucleation and growth processes by utilizing the poor solubility of RE(NO(3))(3)chi H(2)O in the solvent mixture and the heat-transportation difference between the liquid and solid. By using dodecylamine, RE(2)O(3) nanobelts can be readily obtained.

The effects of sex and food on the pharmacokinetics of pirfenidone were also evaluated. Pharmacokinetics was determined from serial blood samples obtained up to 12 hours after administration of single 200-, 400-, or 600-mg doses of pirfenidone and after multiple doses of 400 mg administrated 3 times daily (tid).

The prepared Cu-ZSM-5 catalyst presents higher activity at low temperature during the selective catalytic reduction (SCR) of NO, and the conversion from NO to N2 is 70.6% at 613 K. The in situ diffuse reflectance FTIR spectroscopy (in situ DRIFTS) is an important method for studying surface adsorption of catalyst and mechanism of catalytic reaction, and was used to study the surface adsorbed species and the selective catalytic reduction reaction of NO on Cu-ZSM-5 catalyst in the presence of propene as reductant, with excess O2 and at 298-773 K.

The relative bioavailability of roxithromycin dispersive tablet in healthy volunteers was evaluated in this study. Its concentration in plasma was detected by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) after twenty healthy male volunteers were given each a single dose of 300 mg roxithromycin. The experiment data were obtained using DAS programme.

Transmission electron microscopy images and SEAD (selected area electron diffraction) patterns revealed that the products are highly crystalline and have structurally uniform shapes.

The separation of suspended solids (SS) from activated sludge was carried out in an electro-flotation cell which has two sets of electrodes, three Ti/RuO2-IrO2-TiO2 anodes and three Ti screen cathodes. The effect of operating parameters on the performance of the electro-flotation system was examined. The parameters investigated were hydraulic retention time (HRT), current density, initial SS concentration and initial pH.

By analysis, the results indicate high fuel consumption and emission rates are concentrated on the high speed and acceleration areas of the speed-acceleration emission maps and the areas are much wider on loaded condition. The impact of load on fuel use and emissions will be highest while the vehicle is cruising or accelerating on (30 +/- 2.

Some reports indicated extrahepatic clearance of the drug and that the lungs are the likely place where the process occurs. This study was undertaken to compare the plasma concentrations of propofol both in the pulmonary and radial arteries after constant infusion during the dissection, anhepatic and reperfusion phases of orthotopic liver transplantation (OLT) without veno-venous bypass, attempting to investigate extrahepatic clearance and to determine whether the human lungs take part in the elimination of propofol.
