[Analysis of methanogenic community of anaerobic granular sludge in a full-scale UASB treating avermectin wastewater].

Methanogens is considered to be important functional microbial population in anaerobic granular sludge. Fluorescence in situ hybridization was used to analyze methanogens of anaerobic granular sludge in a full-scale UASB treating avermectin wastewater. The results indicated that the distribution forms of methanogens, Methanobacteriales and Methanosarcinales were identical on the surface and inner face of granular sludge samples in different formation stages (with different diameters) , although the relative abundances of these methanogens were different.

Based on the 1961-2007 weather data from 72 meteorological stations in three provinces of Northeast China, the change characteristics of agricultural climatic factors including yearly and temperature-defined growing season's mean air temperature, > or =10 degrees C accumulated temperature, precipitation, reference evapotranspiration, and sunshine hours were analyzed. In 1961-2007, the yearly mean air temperature in the three provinces had an increasing trend, with a rate of 0.38 degrees C x 10 a(-1).

[Single-stage autotrophic nitrogen removal reactor with self-generated granular sludge for treating sludge dewatering effluent].

Single-stage autotrophic nitrogen removal (SANR) has been observed in a long-term operated nitrosation air-lift reactor for treating digested sludge dewatering effluent from sewage wastewater treatment plant. A kind of so called self-generated granular sludge which undertake the SANR reaction has oriented formed. The performance of SANR reactor cultivated above sludge for treating sludge dewatering effluent has been tested and better results have been reached.
