CD73, an ectoenzyme responsible for adenosine production, is often elevated in immuno-suppressive tumor environments. Inhibition of CD73 activity holds great promise as a therapeutic strategy for CD73-expressing cancers. In this study, we have developed a therapeutic anti-human CD73 antibody cocktail, HB0045.

However, most of the reported NiFe LDHs suffer from poor long-term stability because of the Fe loss during OER resulting in severe inactivation. Herein, a dynamically stable chelating interface through in situ transformation of asymmetric aldehyde-ligand (THB, 1,3,5-Tris(3'-hydroxy-4'-formylphenyl)-benzene) modified NiFe LDHs to anchor Fe and significantly enhance the OER stability is reported.

Background: The healthcare system is currently facing challenges in transitioning to a more integrated, patient-centered care. China has implemented various practical exploration and pilot programs in developing an integrated healthcare service system. However, there remains an absence of appropriate instrument to assess integrated care from the patient's perspective, particularly one that aligns with China's national conditions.

Identifying peaks that display spatial variation and cellular heterogeneity is the key analytic task for characterizing the spatial chromatin accessibility landscape of complex tissues. Here, we propose an efficient and iterative model, Descart, for spatially variable peaks identification based on the graph of inter-cellular correlations.

Accurately predicting treated greywater quality is of great significance for water reuse. In this work, machine learning models were developed for simulating and predicting linear alkylbenzene sulfonate (LAS) removal using 152-days collected data from a battled oxygenic microalgal-bacteria biofilm reactor (MBBfR).
