Background: Endovascular recanalization with venous stenting is the preferred treatment for iliofemoral venous obstruction. We reviewed our institutional experience and mid-term outcomes with endovascular therapy for iliofemoral venous obstruction using the Venovo Self-expanding Venous Stent (BARD Peripheral Vascular, Inc., Tempe, AZ, USA).

The photophysical measurements reveal their TADF characteristics, and the of the L-ring (4.19 × 10 s) is slower than that of the NL-ring (1.

Despite its prevalence, there is currently no established standard for front-line treatment in this subtype of NSCLC, underscoring the increasing need for personalized therapeutic strategies. In this report, we present a case of a patient with STK11-mutant NSCLC who was treated with first-line cadonilimab (10mg/kg) in combination with pemetrexed (500mg/m^2) plus carboplatin (AUC=5), resulting in a notable extension of progression-free survival (PFS).

Current treatments bring little effects owing to serious side effects, necessitating the exploration of new and safer therapeutic options. Macrophages play a critical role in the initiation, progression, and resolution of acute gout, with the cellular profiles closely linked to their activation and polarization.

Herein, two covalent organic frameworks (DA-COF and DP-COF) are prepared by varying the bridging positions of anthraquinone conjugated units. The experimental results show that the neighbouring bridge in DA-COF forms a unique cleavage structure like an enzyme catalyst, which can provide an efficient microenvironment for the reduction reaction to trap protons.
