Objective: To investigate the interaction of inflammatory factors related to pulmonary infection and the TLR4/NF-κB signaling pathway in patients with spontaneous intracerebral hemorrhage (ICH).

Methods: A total of 325 critically ill ICH patients treated in our hospital from May 2021 to February 2024 were selected for this study. Based on whether the patient developed a pulmonary infection during treatment, they were divided into the infection group (n = 86) and the non-infection group (n = 239).

The repair of nerve damage has long posed a challenge owing to limited self-repair capacity and the highly differentiated nature of nerves. While new therapeutic and pharmacologic interventions have emerged in neurology, their regenerative efficacy remains limited. Purpose: This study identified novel variants of the FSIP2 and SPEF2 genes in multiple morphological abnormalities of the sperm flagella (MMAF) patients and to investigate the potential effect of variations on male infertility and assisted reproductive outcomes.

Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) is a highly prevalent malignancy with limited treatment efficacy despite advances in immune checkpoint blockade (ICB) therapy. The inherently weak immune responses in HCC necessitate novel strategies to improve anti-tumor immunity and synergize with ICB therapy. Kinesin family member 20A (KIF20A) is a tumor-associated antigen (TAA) overexpressed in HCC, and it could be a promising target for vaccine development.
