Overexpressed AXL kinase is involved in various human malignancies, which incurs tumor progression, poor prognosis, and drug resistance. Suppression of the aberrant AXL axis with genetic tools or small-molecule inhibitors has achieved valid antitumor efficacies in both preclinical studies and clinical antitumor campaigns. Herein we will report the design, synthesis, and structure-activity relationship (SAR) exploration of a series of anilinopyrimidine type II AXL inhibitors.

Due to intrinsic defects in blue-light-emitting perovskite materials, the charge carriers are prone to being trapped by the trap states. Therefore, the preparation of efficient blue-light-emitting perovskite materials remains a significant challenge. Herein, CsPb(Cl/Br) nanocrystal (NCs)@SiO structures were fabricated through hydrolyzing (3-aminopropyl)-triethoxysilane (APTS).

Background: Major adverse cardiovascular events (MACEs) within 30 days following noncardiac surgery are prognostically relevant. Accurate prediction of risk and modifiable risk factors for postoperative MACEs is critical for surgical planning and patient outcomes. We aimed to develop and validate an accurate and easy-to-use machine learning model for predicting postoperative MACEs in geriatric patients undergoing noncardiac surgery.

Volatile compounds have a deep influence on the quality and application of the medicinal herb ; however, little is known about the effect of UV-B radiation on volatile metabolites. We herein investigated the effects of UV-B exposure on the volatile compounds and transcriptome of to assess the potential for improving its quality and medicinal characteristics. Out of 733 volatiles obtained, a total of 133 differentially expressed metabolites (DEMs) were identified by metabolome analysis.
