Background: This study aims to assess the comparative effectiveness and safety of robotic-assisted surgery (RAS), laparoscopy (LPS), and laparotomy (LPT) in improving perioperative indicators, lymph node dissection, and tumor survival outcomes in patients with Endometrial carcinoma (EC) through a systematic review and network meta-analysis.

Materials And Methods: We searched China National Knowledge Infrastructure, Wanfang, WeiPu, China Biology Medicine Disc, Embase, PubMed, Web of Science, and the Cochrane Library for randomized controlled trials (RCTs) and Cohort studies (CSs) involving RAS, LPS and LPT in individuals with EC. The network meta-analysis employed a Bayesian framework to integrate direct and indirect evidence, calculating Odds Ratios (OR) and Mean Difference (MD).

Pyrene, a representative polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon, frequently occurs in aquatic environments and is associated with lethal impacts on humans and wildlife. This study examined the impact of pyrene on , a dinoflagellate responsible for harmful algal blooms, and their capability to bioremove pyrene. In a 96 h exposure experiment, effectively reduced the pyrene concentration in seawater to 50, 100, and 200 μg/L, with a combined removal efficiency of 96% in seawater.

In herpesvirus, the terminase subunit pUL15 is involved in cleavage of the viral genome concatemers in the nucleus. Previous studies have shown that herpes simplex virus 1 (HSV-1) pUL15 can enter the nucleus without other viral proteins and help other terminase subunits enter the nucleus. However, this study revealed that duck plague virus (DPV) pUL15 cannot localize independently to the nucleus and can only be localized in the nucleus in the presence of pUL28 and pUL33.

Background: Glycyrrhiza glabra, which is widely used in medicine and therapy, is known as the 'king of traditional Chinese medicine'. In this study, we successfully assembled and annotated the mitochondrial and chloroplast genomes of G. glabra via high-throughput sequencing technology, combining the advantages of short-read (Illumina) and long-read (Oxford Nanopore) sequencing.

Recent efforts to reduce battery costs and enhance sustainability have focused on eliminating Cobalt (Co) from cathode materials. While Co-free designs have shown notable success in polycrystalline cathodes, their impact on single crystalline (SC) cathodes remains less understood due to the significantly extended lithium diffusion pathways and the higher-temperature synthesis involved. Here, we reveal that removing Co from SC cathodes is structurally and electrochemically unfavorable, exhibiting unusual voltage fade behavior.
