Objectives: Pancreatic cancer, a highly invasive and prognostically unfavorable malignant tumor, consistently exhibits resistance to conventional chemotherapy, leading to substantial side effects and diminished patient quality of life. This highlights the critical need for the discovery of novel, effective, and safe chemotherapy drugs. This study aimed to explore bioactive compounds, particularly natural products, as an alternative for JAK2 protein inhibitor in cancer treatment.

To address these challenges, a green and sustainable synthesis of sandwich bread-like ATP@MIP was conducted using polyethylenimide (PEI) and deep eutectic solvent (DES) as hydrophilic bi-functional monomers via layer-by-layer self-assembly on the attapulgite (ATP) carrier. The new ATP@MIP can provide a higher density of imprinting sites with more orderly and uniform distribution due to inhibiting the competitive polymerization between PEI and DES, thereby significantly enhancing recognition ability.

Methods: A total of 124 S patients admitted to our hospital from January to December 2023 were included in this study. The therapeutic effects were evaluated using the Modified Barthel Index (MBI) and the simplified Fugl-Meyer Assessment Scale (sFMA) to measure patients' activities of daily living and motor function recovery.
Coronary artery lesions constitute a significant complication of Kawasaki disease (KD) and represents one of the primary etiologies of acquired cardiovascular disease in pediatric populations. In the present study, we observed a downregulation of MEF2C expression in the whole blood of KD patients and in human coronary artery endothelial cells (HCAECs) during the pathophysiological progression of KD. Furthermore, transcriptomic data analysis, in conjunction with observations from HCAECs stimulated with KD serum, indicates that the downregulation of MEF2C in KD is correlated with increased inflammatory levels and the activation of inflammatory pathways.

Herein, a dual-responsive gel probe (LDH-CES@N) was designed, consisting of the intercalation of graphene quantum dots into europium-doped layered double hydroxide (LDH). In the presence of TCs, the as-prepared probe exhibited dual emission fluorescence at 504 nm and 616 nm due to the synergistic effect of aggregation-induced emission and antenna effect.
