Quantitative polymerase chain reaction (qPCR) technology offers advantages such as easy operation and high specificity, but also faces issues like lengthy detection time and low sensitivity. This paper proposes a method by using novel SERS-active silver flower-like material to enhance the fluorescence signal generated by qPCR instrument, so as to shorten the detection time and improve the detection sensitivity. In this method, silver flower-like material is first prepared on substrates using a lyotropic liquid crystal soft template combined with electrodeposition growth.

Ordinarily, the laser is focused on the sample to measure the Raman spectrum. The size of the focused light spot is comparable with that of micro-nano structures, and the number of micro-nano structures contained in the light spot area (defined as duty cycle) will severely affect the spectrum intensity.

To collect traffic information continuously, the access to information from traffic video shows great importance and huge advantages compared with traditional technologies. However, most current algorithms are not adapted to the effects of undesirable environments, such as sudden changes in illumination, vehicle shadows, and complex urban traffic conditions, etc.
