This study was aimed to rapidly identify and differentiate two main pathogens of the Mycobacterium tuberculosis complex: Mycobacterium tuberculosis subsp. tuberculosis and Mycobacterium bovis by a modified loop-mediated isothermal amplification (LAMP) assay.
