The uneven distribution of medical and health resources leads to changes in the choice of patients for medical treatment, which is the key to restrict the reform of medical services in China currently. Taking service accessibility and residents' cognition as the starting point, this study utilized the data from the questionnaire and applied logistic regression and mediation test. By taking service accessibility as an explanatory variable and residents' cognition as an intermediary variable, the study examined the differences between residents' choice of medical treatment at the primary and non-primary levels.

Oculopharyngeal muscular dystrophy (OPMD) is a late-onset dominant disease that primarily affects craniofacial muscles. Despite the fact that the genetic cause of OPMD is known to be expansion mutations in the gene encoding the nuclear polyadenosine RNA binding protein PABPN1, the molecular mechanisms of pathology are unknown and no pharmacologic treatments are available. Due to the limited availability of patient tissues, several animal models have been employed to study the pathology of OPMD.

Approximately 60% of patients with large B cell lymphoma treated with chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T cell therapies targeting CD19 experience disease progression, and neurotoxicity remains a challenge. Biomarkers associated with resistance and toxicity are limited. In this study, single-cell proteomic profiling of circulating CAR T cells in 32 patients treated with CD19-CAR identified that CD4Helios CAR T cells on day 7 after infusion are associated with progressive disease and less severe neurotoxicity.

In cohort I, we collected 30 ASCs from a single center for analysis of TIME characteristics, including immuno-phenotyping, tumor mutation burden (TMB), T-cell receptor (TCR) repertoires, tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes (TILs), and immune checkpoint expression.

We present a case of recurrent autoimmune hypoglycemia induced by non-hypoglycemic agents. We review reported cases of autoimmune hypoglycemia related to non-hypoglycemic agents, and discuss the effects of different detection methods for insulin autoantibodies on the results obtained. We aim to provide information for clinicians and a warning for medication usage.
