Human perception systems are highly refined, relying on an adaptive, plastic, and event-driven network of sensory neurons. Drawing inspiration from Nature, neuromorphic perception systems hold tremendous potential for efficient multisensory signal processing in the physical world; however, the development of an efficient artificial neuron with a widely calibratable spiking range and reduced footprint remains challenging. Here, we report an efficient organic electrochemical neuron (OECN) with reduced footprint (<37 mm) based on high-performance vertical OECT (vOECT) complementary circuitry enabled by an advanced n-type polymer for balanced p-/n-type vOECT performance.

Methods: A computerized search of 8 online databases, CNKI, VIP, WANGFANG, CBM, ChiCTR, Embase, PubMed, and Cochrane Library, was conducted from the time of database construction to June 23, 2023, and randomized controlled trials of HKC for the treatment of DN were included according to the predefined screening criteria. Literature quality was evaluated with the help of Cochrane Risk of Bias Assessment Tool, and data were analyzed by STATA/MP17 and RevMan 5.
Objective: To systematically review studies on the correlation between sleep duration during pregnancy and gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM) and use meta-analysis to explore the correlation between the two to provide a basis for preventing GDM during pregnancy.
Methods: The search databases were China Knowledge Network (CNKI), Weipu, Wanfang, China Biomedical Literature Service System (SinoMed), Cochrane Library, Web of Science, Embase, and PubMed, and the search time was from the establishment of the above databases to July 2023. The data were statistically analyzed using STATA/MP17 and RevMan 5.
This study aimed to reveal that the effect of biosurfactant on the dispersion and degradation of crude oil. Whole genome analysis showed that Pseudomonas aeruginosa GB-3 contained abundant genes involved in biosurfactant synthesis and metabolic processes and had the potential to degrade oil. The biosurfactant produced by strain GB-3 was screened by various methods.

In this study, we present a novel one-pot Cas12b-based method coupled with the "Green-Yellow-Red" strategy for multiplex detection. By integrating RT-LAMP amplification and Cas12b cleavage in a single tube, the entire detection process can be completed within 1 h.

Here, we found that OsMRGBP can directly interact with OsMRG702. Both and mutants show the delayed flowering phenotype with the reduction in the transcription of multiple key flowering time genes, including and .

Methods And Results: By substrate peptide reaction-based fluorescence resonance energy transfer (FRET) screening, we identified that OAG was an efficient inhibitor of Sortase A (SrtA) with an IC50 of 45.61 μg mL-1, and achieved efficacy in the treatment of Staphylococcus aureus (S.
Background: Quarantine due to the COVID-19 pandemic may have created great psychological stress among vulnerable populations. We aimed to investigate the prevalence of anxiety and explore the association between physical activities (PA) and anxiety risk in people with non-communicable diseases during the period of COVID-19 lockdown.
Methods: We conducted a cross-sectional telephone survey from February 25 to April 20, 2020, the period of COVID-19 lockdown in Shanghai.
Qingpi, the dried immature pericarp of Blanco, is a commonly used medicinal food with some health-promoting benefits. In general, it is essential that Qingpi be stored for a period of time, but there are no reports about the number of storage years needed to obtain the best quality of Qingpi. Our aim was to determine the best storage time of Qingpi by studying the physicochemical properties and metabolite changes in product stored from 1 to 5 years.

Objectives: The causal direction and magnitude of the association between total body bone mineral density (TB-BMD) and osteoarthritis (OA) risk is uncertain owing to the susceptibility of observational studies to confounding and reverse causation. The study aimed to explore the relationships between TB-BMD concentration and OA using Mendelian randomization (MR).
Methods: In this study, we used two-sample MR to obtain unconfounded estimates of the effect of TB-BMD on hip and knee OA.
The groundwater polluted by an agricultural hormone site was taken as the research object, and a total of 7 groundwater samples were collected at different locations in the plant. The main pollutants in the research area were determined to be extractable petroleum hydrocarbons (C-C); 1,2-dichloroethane; 1,1,2-trichloroethane; carbon tetrachloride; vinyl chloride, and chloroform; the maximum content of these pollutants can reach 271 mg/L, 1.68 × 10 µg/L, 1.

To address these problems, we adopted a simple and green flux-assisted approach for the first time to fabricate metallic bismuth nanoparticle decorated CN (BiCCN). Electron microscopy results suggested that bismuth vanadate was converted into small bismuth nanoparticles the flux-assisted approach.

However, it is difficult to diagnose in the early stage, and current therapeutic efficacy is not ideal.
