Methamphetamine (MA), as one kind of overflowed synthetic illicit drugs, has posed severe threats to health and social security. However, the on-site and visible fluorescence detection to MA remains limited. Herein, through covalently coupling diphenylacridine (DPA) and dimethylacridine (DMA) with pyridine, two ratiometric fluorescence probes (PyDPA and PyDMA) are constructed, which present rapid response, bathochromic-shifts over 100 nm and visible fluorescence color changes from blue to cyan upon the exposure to methylphenethylamine (MPEA, a simulant of MA).

Polymer-derived ceramics (PDCs) have risen to prominence for applications in electrochemical energy storage, electromagnetic absorbing, and sensing materials, among others. However, a multitude of critical properties in PDCs are still limited by their intrinsic poor electrical conductivity. Methods: Participants from the NHANES database (n = 1097) were enrolled from 2005 to 2018; 767 subjects were randomly assigned to the training cohort, and the remaining subjects composed the testing cohort. A nomogram containing the optimal predictors identified by the least absolute shrinkage and selection operator (LASSO) and logistic regression methods was constructed to estimate the probability of depression in stroke patients.

High hyperdiploid karyotype with ≥ 49 chromosomes (which will be referred to as HHK) is rare in acute myeloid leukemia (AML). The European leukemia network (ELN) excluded those harboring only numerical changes (with ≥ 3 chromosome gains) from CK and listed them in the intermediate risk group, while the UK National Cancer Research Institute Adult Leukaemia Working Group classification defined ≥ 4 unrelated chromosome abnormalities as the cutoff for a poorer prognosis. Keystone species of microbial communities play a very important role in community structure and ecosystem function; however, the effect of long-term nitrogen (N) and phosphorus (P) fertilizers on key taxa and the mechanisms of community construction of rhizosphere microbial communities remain unclear. In this study, the effect of nine fertilization treatments (NP, NP, NP, NP, NP, NP, NP, NP, and NP) on soil microbial community diversity, keystone species, and construction methods in the crop rhizosphere were studied in a loess hilly area after 26 years of fertilization. The results showed that fertilization significantly increased the nutrient contents of the rhizospheric soil and root system and significantly affected microbial community composition (based on the Bray-Curtis distance) and community construction process (β-nearest taxon index: βNTI).
