Background: Both depressive symptoms and neurotransmitter changes affect the characteristics of functional brain networks in clinical patients. We sought to explore how brain functional grading is organized among patients with mild cognitive impairment and depressive symptoms (D-MCI) and whether changes in brain organization are related to neurotransmitter distribution.
Methods: Using 3 T magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) we acquired functional MRI (fMRI) data from patients with D-MCI, patients with mild cognitive impairment without depression (nD-MCI), and healthy controls.

Objective: A self-rating post stroke depression scale (PSDS) showed a good reliability and validity to assess severity of depressive symptoms among stroke patients. This study aimed to retest the psychometric properties of PSDS in different types of post-stroke depression (PSD).
Materials And Methods: A total of 170 stroke patients were recruited in the study.
Convergent evidence indicates that individuals with symptoms of depression exhibit altered functional connectivity (FC) of the amygdala, which is a key brain region in processing emotions. Objective: To investigate the value of three-dimentional pseudo-continuous arterial spin labeling (ASL) perfusion imaging in differentiating acute cerebral infarction from acute encephalitis.
Methods: From September 2013 to September 2014, 42 patients with actue stroke onset and 20 healthy volunteers underwent conventional brain MRI DWI and 3D-ASL Perfusion Imaging in our hospital.
