Rectal linitis plastica (RLP) is a morphological variant cancer that may occur as a primary form of cancer or secondary as a metastasis of a primary malignancy. As there is a growing trend for people to work from home, precipitated by the COVID-19 pandemic, this research examines the impact of blurred work-life boundaries on lifestyle and subjective well-being. Our cross-sectional study in the Netherlands demonstrates that heightened levels of blurred work-life boundaries predict negative changes in happiness through enhanced emotional exhaustion. In addition, the findings point to a dual role of lifestyle in this process.

FLYWHEEL TRAINING IN MUSCULOSKELETAL REHABILITATION: A CLINICAL COMMENTARY.

Unlabelled: Flywheel training is a relatively new method used to train the human body with continuous resistance and eccentric overload. The performed exercises result in improvements of strength and power, hypertrophy, muscle activation, muscle length, and tendon stiffness. Other positive effects of flywheel training are athletically relevant improvements in things such as speed, jump height and change of direction.

Clinical, Endoscopic, and Histologic Characteristics of Ipilimumab-Associated Colitis.

Background & Aims: Ipilimumab, a monoclonal antibody against cytotoxic T-lymphocyte-associated antigen-4, is a treatment for metastatic melanoma that can induce immune-related adverse effects, such as enterocolitis. We aimed to characterize the clinical, endoscopic, and histologic features of ipilimumab-induced colitis and evaluate the efficacy of therapy for this reaction.

Methods: We performed a retrospective analysis of 27 consecutive patients who developed colitis after treatment with ipilimumab infusion therapy for castration-resistant prostate cancer or metastatic melanoma, from April 2007 through September 2012.

Post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), previously defined in Vietnam War veterans, was described in 251 Desert Storm reservists. The Mississippi Scale, Revised, was used with a brief demographic profile to survey Army, Marine, and Air Force personnel who had been deployed to Saudi Arabia.
