This paper presents an alternative method of surgical treatment in patients with late-diagnosed knee dislocation. The treatment involves anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction with an autogenic graft and the use of synthetic Fibertape bracing to ensure normal medial structure healing. We present a possible option for surgical treatment of proximal pole scaphoid pseudarthrosis. We used a vascularized distal radius bone graft that was pedicled on the dorsal capsule of the wrist joint.
