E-cigarette use among adolescents is rapidly increasing, with a study in Poland revealing that 14.9% reported using e-cigarettes and 12.3% were traditional cigarette smokers.
The study involved 10,388 participants aged 12-18 and identified that demographic factors, such as boys from larger cities and the educational background of mothers, influence smoking trends.
These findings highlight the need for targeted interventions to address and reduce e-cigarette use based on demographic insights.
