Study Design: Systematic review, expert opinion and Delphi technique, and validity and reliability studies.

Objective: We developed Jakarta Instability Score (JIS) to identify spinal instability and the need of fusion in degenerative lumbar spinal stenosis (LSS).

Methods: This study consisted of systematic review to find predictors of spinal instability, expert opinion and modified Delphi technique to develop JIS, and validity and reliability studies of the newly developed JIS.

The combination of umbilical cord-derived mesenchymal stem cells and conditioned medium (secretome) contains major components pivotal for the enhancement of fracture healing. The purpose of this study was to address fracture healing in CPT cases that were treated using the combined implantation of umbilical-cord mesenchymal stem cells (UC-MSCs) and secretome.

Introduction: Diffuse idiopathic skeletal hyperostosis (DISH), or Forestier disease, is a condition characterized by calcification and ossification of ligaments and enthuses (ligament and tendon insertion sites), which mainly affect the vertebral column.
