Phases evolution and photocatalytic activity of CuO films electrodeposited from a non-pH-adjusted solution.

A pure-phase CuO film photocatalyst was successfully prepared by the electrodeposition technique from a non-pH-adjusted solution. To investigate the phase evolution and photocatalytic activity of the film, the electrodeposition was conducted at different deposition temperatures. Photocatalytic activity of the films was evaluated from methylene blue (MB) dye degradation.

Hard magnetic and broadband microwave absorption characteristics of heat-treated PrDFeB(x = 0, 1, 2, and 3) alloys.

In this study, fabrication of PrDyFeB (at.%) alloys with x = 0, 1, 2, and 3 compositions was performed with a mini vacuum arc melting furnace. The alloys were successively annealed in an inert atmosphere for microstructure homogenization.
