Testicular germ cell tumors (GCTs) commonly metastasize to the retroperitoneal lymph nodes (RPLNs). We evaluated 100 cases of RPLN dissection specimens with viable GCTs after chemotherapy and compared them with their corresponding orchiectomy specimens. We recently experienced 2 cases of DDLMB, one in a 64-year-old male patient with a painless right groin mass and another in a 42-year-old female patient with a painless right abdominal mass.
