Study Design/setting: Conference records from the 2007-2021 annual meetings of the Congress of Neurological Surgeons, North American Spine Society, and Scoliosis Research Society (SRS).
Purpose Of Review: Posterior cruciate ligament injuries can be treated conservatively with a structured rehabilitation program or with surgical reconstruction. Treatment algorithms are based on a variety of factors including the patient's presentation, physical exam, and desired level of activity. The goal is to return the patient to their athletic pursuits with a stable and pain-free knee.
