Purpose/objective: MR-only radiotherapy planning exploits the benefits of MRI soft-tissue delineation, whilst negating the registration inaccuracies caused by MRI CT fusion. Fiducial markers have conventionally been used in prostate radiotherapy to reduce on-treatment image matching variability. However, this is an invasive procedure for the patient, and presents technical difficulties in an MR-only pathway as fiducial markers are difficult to visualise on MRI.

We assessed the psychometric properties of a new tool, the Johns Hopkins In-Room Independence Scale, to evaluate its effectiveness at identifying independence for in-room mobility.
Design: Construct validity was assessed by comparing the Johns Hopkins In-Room Independence Scale to its "gold standard" counterparts, The Johns Hopkins Falls Risk Assessment Tool, the Activity Measure for Post-Acute Care Mobility and Activity, and the Centers for Medicare Quality Indicators.

Objective: This study aimed to evaluate the relationship of specific gestational weight gain categories of weight loss, stable weight, and low gain considered below the 2009 Institute of Medicine guidelines to perinatal outcomes and neonatal morbidity for singleton, term live births among prepregnancy obesity classes.
Study Design: This was a retrospective cohort study of 18,476 women among 3 classes of prepregnancy obesity, based on measured prepregnancy weight, and delivering a live singleton pregnancy at ≥37 weeks of gestation at a Kaiser Permanente Northern California hospital (2009-2012).
Importance: There has been increasing legislative interest in regulating gender-affirming surgery, in part due to the concern about decisional regret. The regret rate following gender-affirming surgery is thought to be approximately 1%; however, previous studies relied heavily on ad hoc instruments.
Objective: To evaluate long-term decisional regret and satisfaction with decision using validated instruments following gender-affirming mastectomy.
Introduction: Chronic pelvic pain (CPP) is a common condition affecting up to 26.6% of women, with many suffering for several years before diagnosis and/or treatment. Its clinical presentation is varied and there are frequently comorbid conditions both within and outside the pelvis.

Background: Patients with Stage IV breast cancer are living longer but breast reconstruction in this setting remains controversial. There is limited research evaluating the benefits of breast reconstruction in this patient cohort.
Study Design: Drawing from the Mastectomy Reconstruction Outcomes Consortium (MROC) dataset, a prospective cohort study that involved 11 leading medical centers in the US and Canada, we compared patient-reported outcomes (PROs) assessed utilizing the BREAST-Q, a condition-specific, validated patient-reported outcome measure (PROM) for mastectomy reconstruction, as well as complications between a cohort of patients with Stage IV disease undergoing reconstruction and a control group of women with Stage I-III disease also receiving reconstruction.
Introduction: Magnetic Resonance (MR)-only radiotherapy for prostate cancer has previously been reported using fiducial markers for on-treatment verification. MR-Cone Beam Computed Tomography (CBCT) soft-tissue matching does not require invasive fiducial markers and enables MR-only treatments to other pelvic cancers. This study evaluated the first clinical implementation of MR-only prostate radiotherapy using MR-CBCT soft-tissue matching.
