Background: Proper nutrition, especially for elderly women as well as for women after mastectomy, is one of the basic conditions of maintaining physical health and mental well-being.

Objectives: The comparison of dietary habits of women of various ages and various levels of physical activity.

Material And Methods: The investigated group consisted of 90 women: 20 students of the Faculty of Physiotherapy at the Academy of Physical Education in Wrocław, 25 students of University of the Third Age at the Academy of Physical Education in Wrocław, 25 visitors of the sanatorium in Jedlina Zdrój, and 20 women after mastectomy.
