Unlabelled: Disaster Safe Education Unit (SPAB), also known globally as Comprehensive Safe School (CSS), aims to improve school residents' resilience. Three pillars of SPAB have been established, but their implementation, to date, has not shown satisfactory results. This study aims to evaluate the implementation of the SPAB programme in the disaster-prone area (KRB) of Merapi Vulcano in Sleman, Yogyakarta, Indonesia.

Mapping medication selling practices at nonpharmacy outlets during the COVID-19 pandemic: an example of Indonesia.

Objectives: Nonpharmacy outlets are common medication suppliers in Indonesia, yet little is known regarding their practices. This study aimed to evaluate the medication selling practices occurring in kiosks and minimarkets during the coronavirus disease 2019 pandemic.

Methods: A cross-sectional study included all minimarkets (N = 101) and a convenience sample of kiosks (a minimum sample size, N = 67) in District X, Indonesia.

Background: Hospitalized COVID-19 patients with comorbidities receive more complex drug therapy. This increases the probability of potential drug-drug interactions (pDDIs). Studies on pDDIs in hospitalized patients with COVID-19 in countries with limited resources like Indonesia during the later period of the disease are still limited.

Community-Based Approach to Promote Rational Use of Antibiotics in Indonesia: The Development and Assessment of an Education Program for Cadres.

Background: Cadres play an important part in providing community-based education. This study developed and assessed an education program for cadres in Malang, Indonesia, as 'change agents' to promote rational antibiotic use.

Methods: In-depth-interviews with stakeholders ( = 55) and a subsequent group discussion with key personnel ( = 5) were conducted to develop a relevant education tool for cadres.

A pilot study of cadre training to promote responsible self-medication in Indonesia: Which is better specific or general modules?

In 2015, the Indonesian Government initiated 'Smart Use of Medications Movement' ('GeMa CerMat') which included cadre training to promote responsible self-medication. Evaluation of a pilot training conducted across Indonesia suggested the need to improve those training modules. This study aimed to assess cadre' knowledge gained following training with newly developed general or specific training modules.
